Shipping Policy:

Delivery Details

All orders will be posted within 2 working days after payment has been received. In most cases, orders will be sent the next working day.

Delivery time will be dependent upon location of the customer from Bargara, Queensland and chosen postage method.

Please contact us if goods have not arrived at your postal address within 7 working days.

The delivery times made known to the Customer are estimates only and we shall not be liable for late delivery. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Customer or its customers arising from late or non-delivery. Freight will be arranged by us on behalf of the Customer at cost to the Customer and any such carrier shall be deemed to be the Agent of the Customer. The Customer may request insurance for the delivery and incur the relative costs involved.

Delivery Costs

Orders will be sent by Australia Post. Parcel Post costs for 1 set is $4.20,  2 sets is $5.40 per parcel and Express Post $7.40. Customers choose their preferred method of postage.
Costs for delivery are shown on the checkout page. Further delivery charges may be requested if your order has multiple items.

Payment Details

We wish to make your payments as secure as possible for you and understand your concerns about security.

We accept payment by Direct Deposit, Paypal or phone Credit Card Details to 0419 738 430. Credit card details may also be sent by email to info@everythingcotton.com.au

We can process credit card payments manually.

Credit Cards accepted through Paypal are Mastercard and Visa.

Bank accounts details available on request.

 Returns
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Please contact us if goods are unsuitable or faulty to make arrangements for returns. Bras must be unworn with all labels intact. Briefs cannot be returned due to health risks. Faulty products will be replaced, no questions asked.

Everything Cotton is not responsible for the damage of goods through misuse or improper handling.

Pricing Errors
Although we make every effort to ensure prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
