Finding your correct size
- Using a tape measure, measure under your breasts. This is the measurement across the top of the table – under bust measurement. This tells you if you are Size 12, 14, 16, 18,etc.
- Now, measure the fullest part of your breasts. (You should be wearing a bra that fits well.) This tells you your cup size – A, B, C, D, DD, E.

Tips for choosing the correct bra size
There is very little difference between bra sizes, so maybe that is why we keep hearing about ladies wearing the wrong bra size. I actually find that comment an insult to our intelligence. I think the problem is we are not wearing the right style of bra!
I suggest you find the bra that fits around your under bust area first. Are you a size 12, 14, 16, 18.....? Make sure the bra is not cutting into you or rides up with movement.
Then try to find a cup that fits. If you do not have your whole breast encased by the cup, you need a bigger cup size. If the cup is not completely filled, try a smaller size.
At the shoulders, you should be able to place your finger under the strap to get a comfortable fit.
Comfort is everything when it comes to wearing bras, so make sure your bra is comfortable by applying these few tips.
